Frequent Questions
Why is the propane regulator freezing over?
This generally indicates a cooling system issue and is coupled with overheating. The coolant level may be low and an air bubble is trapped in the regulator, or the regulator is leaking LP gas causing it to freeze. Either way, the engine wont run for long like this so contact us right away to have one of our qualified technicians inspect and address the issue.
I put in a new battery but now it wont start again
This indicates a charging system issue, either a loose fan/alternator belt or a faulty alternator (often caused by a loose belt, something we check and adjust during the Maintenance Procedure). This may seem like a simple job, but should the system be shorted out, the resulting repair could be very expensive. Instead, contact us to have one of our qualified technicians come out right away to inspect and address the issue.
I charged my electric forklift all night but it died after only 2 hours of use
This indicates a battery health issue. A healthy battery should provide 6.5 working hours of use. This drops as the battery reaches the end of its useful life. Battery science is complicated so contact us right away to have one of our qualified technicians perform some battery tests and determine the health of your battery and should it require replacement we can provide one at competitive pricing
